In 1998 E-proPLAST GmbH was founded in Schmalkalden / Thuringia as a factory for testing moulds.

Beginning with small series productions in the field of injection moulding we were able to gain more applications, espeacially in the automotive industry.

In 2002 E-proPLAST started activities in the PET-packaging market. With the initial investment into the first single stage injection blow moulding machine we paved the way for a new emerging business.

Since the beginning of October 2003 the production and storage areas are in a modern 4000 m² hall with an attached 550 m² office building.

The years 2007 & 2008 can be marked as the largest investments in the field of machinery and plant techniques.
